I didn’t need to use customer service or shipping but the electronic delivery and instructions were just fine. The brushes themselves and sets are so good, seriously. I’ve tried a few snakey/serpenty/dragon brushes and these are the best by a surprising margin. I wasn’t sure whether to trust the shop since there are few reviews and so many fake snake brushes out there buuuut I am so glad I did! I’m also nervous about fake reviews these days but I’m a tattoo artist out of WA state (The Neon Magician Tattoo Studio) and you can look me up if you’re on the fence. Great brushes, seriously.
